This television project, aimed to the educational community
(Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate and Training Cycles) has the
goal of awakening professional vocaons within future students
interested in the audiovisual sector. In order to do so, a project
consisng in the making of news outlets performed by high school
pupils for the benefit of the cultural-educaonal channel CREA
Televisión has been finalised. These pieces are supervised by
students of Audiovisual Communicaon degree, therefore, the
pupils will dra an informave report with the purpose of geng
familiarized with the work processes involved in the creaon of an
audiovisual product, then applying the acquired knowledge in the
classroom.
The Audiovisual Communicaon student becomes a teacher,
instrucng pre-university students with the skills and know-hows
needed to complete the project. For these students, the acquisi-
on of audiovisual language acts as an invesgaon, creavity
and learning tool, both in the educaon and the personal spaces.
The content of the pieces filmed with their own mobile devices
are focused around the student’s environment and their educa-
onal instuon, with the aim of sparking their interest in the
elaboraon of an audiovisual product through applicaon of the
knowledge acquired in the classroom. High schools from Alicante
province have taken part in this project, yet with a very low turnout percent of finished products.
