Transmisión generacional del Misteri d’Elx.

Abstract

La Festa o Misteri d’Elx es una representación sacro-lírica de origen medieval declarada Obra Maestra del Patrimonio Oral e Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Esta investigación analiza cómo se produce su transmisión generacional en el contexto actual, marcado por la globalización, el cambio en los modelos educativos y la digitalización. Se parte de una metodología cualitativa basada en entrevistas en profundidad, aplicadas a seis perfiles clave que permiten observar distintos grados de arraigo, desconexión o reapropiación de la tradición. Como producto final, se elabora un reportaje audiovisual dividido en tres episodios que recoge testimonios reales. El objetivo es comprender los factores que influyen en la continuidad del Misteri y valorar su papel como elemento de identidad cultural en Elche en pleno siglo XXI. The Festa or Misteri d'Elx is a sacred-lyrical performance of medieval origin declared a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. This research analyses how its generational transmission takes place in the current context, marked by globalisation, the change in educational models and digitalisation. It is based on a qualitative methodology based on in-depth interviews and participant observation, applied to six key profiles that allow us to observe different degrees of rootedness, disconnection or re-appropriation of the tradition. The final product is an audiovisual report divided into three episodes that includes real testimonies and combines journalistic analysis with an informative vocation. The objective is to understand the factors that influence the continuity of the Misteri and to value its role as an element of cultural identity in Elche in the 21st century.
