Administrador Concursal, experto en reestructuraciones y otros intervinientes

Abstract

En este trabajo abordaré la importancia que tienen la figura del Administrador Concursal y los expertos en reestructuración en el ámbito empresarial y en nuestra sociedad. Posteriormente, se estudiarán dichas figuras teniendo como base el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Concursal. También trataré con profundidad las reformas introducidas por la Ley 16/2022, por la que se reforma el Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal y cómo estas modificaciones han afectado al Procedimiento Concursal. Posteriormente, desarrollará el origen, evolución, funciones y responsabilidades de las distintas figuras que intervienen en el procedimiento concursal.

This work will highlight the importance of the figure of the Insolvency Administrator and the experts in restructuring in the business field and in our society, these figures will be studied based on Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020, of May 5, which approves the revised text of the Insolvency Law. I will also discuss in depth the reforms introduced by Law 16/2022, which reforms the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law and how these amendments have affected the Insolvency Procedure. Subsequently, it will develop the origin, evolution, functions and responsibilities of the different figures involved in the insolvency procedure.
