The project aims to analyze the correlation between the seven deadly sins and mental
health, based on updated psychological premises. Drawing from a religious conception
of these sins, it seeks a connection with mental well-being by modernizing the
perception of vices and bringing them into the 21st century.
Furthermore, the study delves into the ethical consequences of these sins on
psychological well-being and their influence on social cohesion and quality of life. To
enhance this investigation, an interactive approach has been designed, materialized on a
web platform, where each capital sin and its effect on mental health are studied.
Utilizing multimedia resources such as videos and music, the project aims to foster
compassion and empathy among users, encouraging them to reflect on their actions and
emotions related to these negative behaviors.
This proposal goes beyond exploring the intricate nature of the human mind; it also
seeks to promote awareness and emotional well-being through a unique and captivating
educational experience. It is anticipated that this study will contribute to a better
understanding of how to address the challenges posed by capital vices in relation to the
mental well-being of individuals within society. Analyzing these community factors will
enrich the overall comprehension of the role that capital sins play in societal mental
health, enabling a more holistic and effective approach to the pursuit of well-being.
