Vocation is a mockumentary script that seeks to explore a broader narrative within the horror genre, wanting to tell an act of realism in a fantastic context.
This project is based on a single writing program, Celtx. In addition, as research and references, we have looked for numerous films and works that help to create the story and the atmosphere that surrounds it.
The final result obtained in the project is a script that tries to travel between the real and the fictional. The spectator will be part of two stories, the one told by the characters and the one shown to us.
There are many points that I would discuss that are more relevant, but, if I have to hand, that the terror is not only visual, but also has an oral support, a story that is being told to us; while, on the other hand, that what the characters say is organic, that they try to move away from what is false and coarse, and that they really look for a reality, despite their extravagant idea.
