El objetivo del presente Trabajo Fin de Grado es caracterizar, física y químicamente, tres selecciones de "Pero de Cehegín". El "Pero de Cehegín" es un cultivo autóctono del municipio, con este estudio se pretende dar a conocer sus propiedades a los nuevos agricultores, y recuperar la diversidad genética en la zona de este frutal

The purpose of this Final Project is to typify, physically and chemically, three assortments of “Pero de Cehegin” which is a town´s native crop. Furthermore, with this study, it is expected to make its characteristics known to new farmers and recovering the genetic diversity in the area of this tree
