The continuous evolution of technology has derived from a social situation that constantly
affects itself as a continuum of change. Hence, the fact that new terms arise as in the case
of digital marketing. In the digital age, there are many trends and tools that appear in
order to achieve a direct connection with the user. The rapid dissemination of the web
continues to generate a change in the habits of people every time they spend more time
online.
The present work tries to show the advantages that the tools of publication and diffusion
provide. As well as, the importance of google tools that allow us to position our content
on any web platform. The work covers social networks as main tools, but specifically
analyzes Facebook in the context of the groups. The precise analysis of the groups is
necessary to be able to develop the optimization of an accessible and attractive group that
allows the availability of various tools, such as chat, to establish a direct connection with
Erasmus students.
This project consists of a theoretical part divided into two chapters. In the first chapter,
the basic concepts of digital marketing, Google's main tools and publishing tools. On the
other hand, the second chapter deepens with the term "Facebook group". So, management
and interaction are studied.
In relation to the third chapter, it proceeds to the analysis and comparison of the strategy
used by eleven European universities to connect with their Erasmus students. Followed,
in the practical part, the optimization of an official Erasmus group is carried out on the
Unisob Facebook page. The objective of this project is to ensure that students are
informed about everything relacionated with the university and city. In addition to
achieving maximum diffusion.
