It is well known that arsenic, especially inorganic, poses a very high risk to the health of human beings. Also that this metal is found in large quantities in rice and products made from this cereal. Day of day the European Union has not regulated any Regulation to control the concentration of this metal in the rice neither in his derivatives, on the other hand, next to the (EFSA) they are collecting data on different concentrations of different products and parts of the world to find a way to reduce this metal.
