Igualdad desde la lealtad: la plena consecución del principio democrático

Abstract

Este trabajo, aparte de homenajear a Ángela Figueruelo, tiene como objetivo reflexionar en torno al principio de lealtad constitucional, para proyectarlo a la igualdad de las personas y, con ello, lograr que este Derecho Humano se refleje en lo material, por parte de todos los sujetos que están obligados a respetar y ser leales a la Constitución española.

This work, apart from paying tribute to Ángela Figueruelo, aims to reflect on the principle of constitutional loyalty, to project it to the equality of people and, with this, ensure that this Human Right is reflected in the material, by all subjects who are obliged to respect and be loyal to the Spanish Constitution.
