In this work, we study the evolution along the silage process of three agrofood industry by – products: broccoli, artichoke plant and artichoke bracts, from the crude matter obtained in plant or field up to 200 days of silage. The analyzed variables include both physical and chemical properties (pH, dry matter and water activity) and nutritional composition for animal feed (ash, crude protein, ammoniacal nitrogen, crude fat, crude fiber, total sugars, organic matter, neutral detergent fiber, lignin fiber, total polyphenols and apparent in vitro dry matter digestibility) and microbiology (lactic bacteria, mesophilic aerobes, enterobacteria, yeasts and molds).
