El arraigo socioformativo y sociolaboral

Abstract

La presente investigación documental analiza el arraigo socioformativo y sociolaboral en España. Para ello se examinan las características de la migración, los procesos legislativos y las normativas que regulan la inmigración en España, así como las implicaciones sociales y laborales para los inmigrantes. Se concluye que, aunque el modelo de inmigración sociolaboral y socioformativo ha demostrado ser efectivo en algunos aspectos, también presenta limitaciones significativas y que se requieren mejoras en la regulación y supervisión de estos procesos para garantizar la inclusión efectiva de los inmigrantes en la sociedad y el mercado laboral español. This research analyzes socio-educational and socio-laboral roots in Spain. To this end, we examined the characteristics of migration, the legislative processes and regulations that govern immigration in Spain, as well as the social and labor implications for immigrants. We concluded that, although the socio-laboral and socio-laboral immigration model has proven effective in some respects, it also presents significant limitations, and that improvements in the regulation and supervision of these processes are needed to ensure the effective inclusion of immigrants in Spanish society and the labor market.
