The lesbian community, although diverse, share at least two significant realities: the social
invisibility that we face as women and lesbians, and the transgression that our sexual orientation
represents against heteropatriarchal norms. From this perspective, strategies that contribute to
resilience and the subversion of cisheteronormativity can be positive for older lesbians, who are
generally underrepresented and remain under a layer of invisibility. Participation in the creation
of a bollovieja (old dyke) fanzine not only documents experiences, but also activates strategies of
resilience and subversion such as humor or resignification, positively impacting the well-being and
empowerment of the older lesbian women involved. In the creation of the fanzine, the aim is to
experiment with artistic and discursive techniques that contribute to self-knowledge and the
construction of collective knowledge. This approach not only seeks visibility, but also promotes the
generation of an inclusive queer space and the contribution to a valuable archive for the
community.
