School absenteeism among Roma students represents a significant challenge for educational equity and social inclusion. This work presents a socio-educational intervention proposal designed to address school absenteeism at the "La Amistad" Public School in Valencia. The intervention was structured in several phases and will be implemented during four weeks of the 2024-2025 school year. The methodology adopted is participatory and inclusive, involving students, families, teachers and the community. Sessions include training for teachers in intercultural competencies, social-emotional and cultural activities for students, and informational and participation workshops for families. The intervention is based on an initial diagnosis to identify specific needs and is continually adjusted through constant monitoring and evaluation. The expected results include the reduction of school absenteeism, the strengthening of self-esteem and motivation of Roma students, and greater involvement of families in the educational process. The legal framework and educational policies in Spain provide solid support for the implementation of this program. The conclusions highlight the importance of a comprehensive and personalized approach, continuous training of teachers and the active participation of families. This work contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of school absenteeism in Roma students and proposes effective strategies for their educational inclusion.
