Mujeres y jóvenes: búsqueda de empleo en el Baix Vinalopó

Abstract

Actualmente la inserción laboral de mujeres y jóvenes es un tema de importancia en todos los ámbitos. Esto es debido a la necesidad de garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades, tanto para hombres y mujeres, en el mercado laboral, así como el derecho de los jóvenes a encontrar un trabajo digno a la hora de su inserción en el mundo laboral en la búsqueda de su primer trabajo. Durante mucho tiempo, tanto las mujeres como los jóvenes han sido partícipes de desafíos significativos en la búsqueda de empleo en el ámbito laboral. La brecha de género, por un lado, y la edad, por el otro, se hacen notables en numerosos aspectos, el acceso al mercado laboral de forma diferenciada y la brecha salarial limitan el acceso a oportunidades de desarrollo profesional. Con este trabajo de fin de máster (TFM) se va a intentar hacer una exploración y un análisis de la situación de inserción sociolaboral tanto de las mujeres como de los jóvenes en el Baix Vinalopó, concretamente en Crevillent, teniendo en cuenta los problemas a los que se enfrentan, así como las estrategias que pueden ayudar a mejorar la accesibilidad y participación en el mundo laboral. También se abordarán recomendaciones para la formulación e implementación de políticas públicas y estrategias empresariales que promuevan la inclusión y la equidad de las mujeres y los jóvenes en el ámbito laboral y así fomentar la reflexión en torno a la construcción de una sociedad más justa e igualitaria

Currently, the labor insertion of women and young people is an important issue in all areas. This is due to the need to guarantee equal opportunities, both for men and women, in the labor market, as well as the right of young people to find a decent job when entering the world of work in the search for their first job. For a long time, both women and young people have been involved in significant challenges when seeking to enter the workplace.
