In the current educational context, there is a need for pedagogical methodologies that increase intrinsic motivation and the well-being of students during classroom activities. The importance of autonomy support and cooperative learning in improving these aspects is highlighted, thus conducting an exhaustive literature review that relates both concepts. In this review, three articles related to autonomy support and another three to cooperative learning were selected, while others were discarded for various reasons, such as a lack of scientific rigor or relevance to the specific context of physical education. The results of the literature review indicate that autonomy support significantly improves students' intrinsic motivation, engagement, and academic performance. On the other hand, cooperative learning promotes the development of socio-emotional skills and fosters a collaborative and positive classroom environment. Based on these findings, an educational proposal in the field of physical education, specifically focused on acrosport, is presented. This proposal is designed to provide teachers with tools that promote greater student motivation and participation through scientific support. The proposal includes the formation of heterogeneous groups, the assignment of rotating roles, and the promotion of open communication, as well as mutual support during acrosport activities, with the aim of integrating evidence-based pedagogical strategies to improve the learning environment and promote the overall development of students
