The present work consists of the proposal for the creation of the company EFRAL Assessment Center S.L.U. A company for advising and assessing transversal/generic skills in candidates who apply for management leadership positions, located in the city of Elche (Alicante). In this company, an analysis of the job will be carried out, to specify its requirements, and later to carry out situational tests, which will allow selecting the most suitable person to fill the position demanded by the client companies.
To carry out the creation of the company from the beginning, the methodology will be explained, with all the necessary steps and costs (including justification, detailed budgets, the marketing plan and the list of services offered). Finally, the evaluation proposal "written expression capacity and linguistic skills" will be developed, which would correspond to a hypothetical selection process.
