Migration is a process of change, and changes, sometines, carry losses. Migrants must face the migratory grief, consisting of up to 7 duels: family, language, culture, land, social status, membership group and psysical risks. If all the griefs and stressors are present, they can cause Ulysses syndrome, a reactive, multiple and chronic stress condition that includes depressive, anxious, somatic and dissociative symptoms. The present work aims to design a psychological intervention program to facilitate the adaptation of migrants to the host country, avoiding Ulysses syndrome. This will include 24 people who have been living in Spain for less tan a year and will work on migratory grief, coping the stress, social support, social skills and emotional intelligence, throughout thirteen sessions, eleven grupals and two individuals. The will be expected to improve Ulysses syndrome symptoms, increase social support networks and perceived well-being, learn coping skills, improve expression and processing of emotions, and some social skills. Therefore, despite encountering certain limitations, the proposal is expected to be valid for intervening in migratory grief.
