Autónomos: El motor de la economía

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se lleva a cabo un estudio sobre el trabajador autónomo. El análisis expuesto alude a cómo ha ido evolucionando la figura del autónomo a lo largo del tiempo, a la vez que se presenta el estudio como una guía concisa y precisa dirigida a los autónomos presentes y futuros. Para que la iniciativa empresarial del autónomo se realice con éxito, es fundamental que éste tenga un conocimiento básico de las cotizaciones existentes a la SS y los impuestos por los que está obligado a tributar, por esta razón, se realiza un estudio exhaustivo de los mismos. Debido a que la gran mayoría de las empresas de los trabajadores por cuenta propia son de carácter familiar, se hace una mención especial a los familiares del empresario que trabajan para él, son los llamados autónomos colaboradores. El gobierno español es consciente de lo relevante que es el trabajador autónomo para la economía del país, por ello, se examinan las medidas encaminadas para impulsar a este colectivo. Finalmente se realiza una comparativa con las condiciones fiscales de los autónomos en otros países de la UE. Todo lo expuesto en el presente trabajo permite obtener gran cantidad de información y nos proporciona las herramientas necesarias para adentrarnos en el interesante mundo del trabajador autónomo.

In the present project, a study of self-employed workers is carried out. The reported analysis focuses on how the concept of self-employment has evolved over time, while it is at the same time presented as a concise guide addressed to current and prospective self-employed workers. In order for the business initiative of the self-employed to succeed, it is essential that they possess a basic knowledge of the existing National Insurance (SS) contributions and the mandatory taxes that apply to them.Therefore, an exhaustive study of these figures is performed. Due to the familiar character of the vast majority of companies owned by self-employed workers, a special mention is given to the relatives of business owners who employ them, named collaborative self-employed. Since the Spanish government is aware of the relevance of self-employed workers to the country's economy, the legal measurements directed at encouraging this group are examined. Finally, a comparison of fiscal conditions with other countries in the EU is carried out. The information reported in this work offers a great piece of information and provides us with the tools necessary to submerge ourselves in the interesting world of the self-employed worker.
