Considering that the pathology usually begins in early adulthood, count with a questionnaire for this purpose focus on university population would be of specific interest. In this way, the objective of the present work was the construction and validation of the Borderline Personality in University Students Scale (EPLEU), a tool that can evaluate the borderline personality disorder in university students. To do this, a sample of 190 different degrees students of Miguel Hernández University was used. The results evidence the reliability of the scale, showing good internal consistency (Cronbach Alpha = 0,728) and high stability (r= 0,732). Likewise, although one cannot speak of high concurrent validity with the C scale of MCMI-III (r= 0,566), the content validity has been manifested. Furthermore, after the Exploratory Factorial Analysis, presence of two factors has been observed. The final questionnaire has been constituted by 9 items with a scale of 4 frequency quantifiers.
