La Dama de Elche y la protección jurídica del patrimonio histórico en España(1897-1941)

Abstract

Este trabajo irá dirigido al examen del marco normativo en materia de patrimonio histórico durante el espacio de tiempo que abarca desde la venta y salida del país de la Dama de Elche hasta su vuelta a España. En él veremos cómo evoluciona el ordenamiento jurídico en este aspecto y la posición que va tomando el Estado con el paso de los años. Así mismo, estudiaremos qué circunstancias histórico-políticas se dieron para que la Dama volviera a nuestro territorio.

This work is aimed at the analysis of the legal framework in the field of historical heritage during the space of time that spans from the sale and departure from the country of the Lady of Elche until its return to Spain. We will see in it how the legal system evolves in this aspect and the position that is taking the State over the years. Likewise, we will study what historical-political circumstances were so the Lady return to our territory.
