| es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This Final Degree Project is based on a literature review about the synthesis of perovskite nanoparticles, mainly focused on methods that can be carried out under relatively simple conditions, such as room temperature and ambient atmosphere. Halide perovskites have attracted great interest in recent years due to their good optical and electronic properties, such as tunable emission, high photoluminescence and their possible application in optoelectronic devices, including LEDs, displays, photodetectors and solar cells. Throughout this work, different synthesis routes have been studied and compared, with special attention to the LARP method and hot injection, while also including other complementary methods such as film formation, ligand-mediated synthesis, microfluidics, ultrasound-assisted synthesis, microwave-assisted synthesis and solvothermal or hydrothermal methods. To do this, several scientific articles have been analysed, considering aspects such as synthesis conditions, the type of perovskite obtained, particle size and morphology, crystallinity, stability and final optical properties. The results of this review show that hot injection allows high-quality nanocrystals to be obtained, with good control over size and morphology, although it requires high temperatures, controlled atmospheres and a more complex experimental procedure. In contrast, the LARP method stands out for its simplicity, speed, low cost and ability to be performed at room temperature, making it especially interesting from a practical point of view. For this reason, LARP is considered to offer a good balance between experimental simplicity and the properties obtained, making it a suitable route for future research in a university context. | es_ES |
