"Moon: Un viaje a través de las emociones”. Creación de álbum ilustrado junto a un cortometraje de animación.

Abstract

Moon es un cortometraje de animación que, junto a un álbum ilustrado, busca acompañar a los más pequeños de la casa a gestionar e identificar sus emociones diarias a través de un viaje de fantasía que pone en contraste el cielo y el mar. Una historia que comienza con la necesidad que tiene nuestro protagonista, un pequeño buzo, de descubrir por qué caen unas misteriosas gotas de la luna. Esta travesía le llevará a iniciar un viaje en globo surcando los cielos y topándose con diferentes criaturas marinas, que al igual que nuestro aventurero no pertenecen a la naturaleza del cielo, pero que representaran las diferentes emociones que sienten los niños en su día a día, como la alegría, la ira, el miedo, el asombro y por supuesto la tristeza. Se trata de un viaje de subida y bajadas con el que se pretende normalizar todas esas emociones y cómo gestionarlas. Junto al álbum ilustrado se busca crear una experiencia inmersiva tanto para las aulas como para los hogares, generando una actividad más completa y contribuyendo a que los niños se diviertan y aprendan no solo mediante un libro más, sino también con la ayuda de esta herramienta audiovisual como es este corto de animación.

Moon is an animated short film that, together with an illustrated album, seeks to help the youngest members of the household manage and identify their daily emotions through a fantasy journey that contrasts the sky and the sea. The story begins with the need of our protagonist, a small diver, to discover why mysterious drops fall from the moon. This journey leads him to embark on a balloon adventure through the skies, encountering various sea creatures that, like our adventurer, do not belong to the nature of the sky. These creatures represent the different emotions children experience daily, such as joy, anger, fear, wonder, and, of course, sadness. It is a journey of ups and downs designed to normalize all these emotions and explore how to manage them. Alongside the illustrated album, the project aims to create an immersive experience for both classrooms and homes, providing a more comprehensive activity. This way, children can enjoy themselves and learn not just through another book, but also with the help of this audiovisual tool the animated short film.
