Abstract

Introducción: Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda la invisibilización del baloncesto en silla de ruedas, centrándose en el Club de Baloncesto en Silla de Ruedas Elche (CBSR Elche). Fundado en 1973, el CBSR Elche es un referente nacional en el deporte adaptado, siendo un símbolo de lucha, integración y comunidad. El reportaje busca contar una historia que va más allá del deporte, destacando cómo el club inspira y se convierte en una vía real de inclusión social a través de valores como el esfuerzo, el respeto, el trabajo en equipo y la resiliencia. Objetivo general: El objetivo general es la realización de un reportaje periodístico en profundidad sobre el Club de Baloncesto en Silla de Ruedas de Elche (CBSR Elche). Se busca visibilizar la importante labor social y deportiva del club, su compromiso con la inclusión y el desarrollo de personas con discapacidad física, y fomentar una mayor conciencia social sobre la relevancia del baloncesto en silla de ruedas como herramienta para transformar vidas y promover una sociedad más igualitaria y accesible. Metodología: El trabajo adopta un enfoque periodístico cualitativo y narrativo, estructurado en tres fases: preproducción, producción y postproducción. • Preproducción: Se estableció contacto con el CBSR Elche para conocer su disponibilidad y recabar información inicial, lo que permitió definir las líneas temáticas, coordinar entrevistas y planificar visitas. Se elaboró un guion y se seleccionaron a los entrevistados, con preguntas alineadas a las secciones del guion. • Producción: Se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad a miembros clave del club (entrenadores, jugadores, directivos) para recoger testimonios y perspectivas diversas. Se observaron entrenamientos y partidos para documentar el ambiente. El sonido se grabó in situ para el ambiente, y con micrófono de solapa para las entrevistas, además de una voz en off grabada en estudio profesional para mayor calidad. Se diseñaron rótulos con la aplicación PicsArt, utilizando la tipografía TT Norms Pro y fondo PNG, incluyendo el logo del CBSR Elche, el nombre del entrevistado y su posición. • Postproducción: Consistió en la selección, análisis y edición del material, priorizando la narrativa humana y emocional con rigor informativo. Se realizó un montaje en bruto inicial. Se trató el audio de la voz en off y las entrevistas para claridad y riqueza, con reducción de ruido y normalización de volumen, y amplificación de la voz en off para destacarla. Se seleccionó música para aumentar el impacto emocional. Finalmente, se llevó a cabo la corrección de color y el ajuste del tamaño de la imagen Discusión: El reportaje busca sensibilizar y generar reflexión sobre la inclusión, la diversidad funcional y el papel transformador del deporte. A pesar de los esfuerzos, se encontraron dificultades como la falta de instalaciones adecuadas, lo que limitó la grabación de recursos a un mismo lugar. También hubo un número limitado de planos debido a la restricción de asistir solo a entrenamientos y partidos, impidiendo cubrir todos los contenidos deseados. Además, se experimentaron problemas técnicos con los equipos de grabación de la Universidad, afectando la calidad de algunas tomas de imagen. Introduction: This Final Degree Project addresses the invisibility of wheelchair basketball, focusing on the Elche Wheelchair Basketball Club (CBSR Elche). Founded in 1973, the CBSR Elche is a national benchmark in adapted sports, a symbol of struggle, integration, and community. The report seeks to tell a story that goes beyond sports, highlighting how the club inspires and becomes a real path to social inclusion through values such as effort, respect, teamwork, and resilience. General objective: The general objective is to produce an in-depth journalistic report on the Elche Wheelchair Basketball Club (CBSR Elche). The aim is to highlight the club's important social and sporting work, its commitment to the inclusion and development of people with physical disabilities, and to foster greater social awareness about the importance of wheelchair basketball as a tool to transform lives and promote a more equal and accessible society. Methodology: The project adopts a qualitative and narrative journalistic approach, structured in three phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. • Pre-production: CBSR Elche was contacted to ascertain its availability and gather initial information, which allowed for defining thematic lines, coordinating interviews, and planning visits. A script was developed, and interviewees were selected, with questions aligned with the script's sections. • Production: In-depth interviews were conducted with key members of the club (coaches, players, and executives) to gather testimonies and diverse perspectives. Training sessions and matches were observed to document the atmosphere. Audio was recorded on-site for the atmosphere and with a lapel microphone for the interviews, in addition to a voiceover recorded in a professional studio for higher quality. Signs were designed with PicsArt, using TT Norms Pro font and a PNG background, including the CBSR Elche logo, the interviewee's name, and their position. Post-production: This consisted of the selection, analysis, and editing of the material, prioritizing the human and emotional narrative with informative rigor. An initial rough cut was made. The voiceover and interview audio was treated for clarity and richness, with noise reduction and volume normalization, and the voiceover was amplified to highlight it. Music was selected to enhance the emotional impact. Finally, color correction and image resizing were carried out. Discussion: The report seeks to raise awareness and generate reflection on inclusion, functional diversity, and the transformative role of sport. Despite these efforts, difficulties were encountered, such as the lack of adequate facilities, which limited the recording of resources to a single location. There was also a limited number of shots due to the restriction on attending only training sessions and matches, which prevented coverage of all the desired content. Additionally, technical issues were experienced with the University's recording equipment, affecting the quality of some images.
