La integración del arte contemporáneo en el currículo de la ESO y Bachillerato

Abstract

Actualmente, ha crecido considerablemente el interés por enriquecer el currículo educativo y fomentar habilidades de pensamiento crítico y creativo buscando integrar el arte contemporáneo en la Educación Secundaria y Bachillerato. Sin embargo, el sistema se enfrenta a desafíos como son la falta de recursos educativos adecuados y la resistencia de algunos docentes. Este proyecto aborda la importancia de la función didáctica de los museos, principalmente de Alicante y Valencia, en la enseñanza del arte contemporáneo en el contexto escolar, una área poco explorada hasta el momento, realzando su valor como recursos para la educación artística, proporcionando un entorno único para la exploración y el aprendizaje del arte contemporáneo fuera del aula tradicional. Con el objetivo de enriquecer esta investigación se extiende esta revisión a otras instituciones tanto de ámbito nacional para analizar y contrastar los datos obtenidos. Los objetivos incluyen explorar estrategias pedagógicas efectivas para enseñar arte contemporáneo a estudiantes adolescentes y cómo estas estrategias pueden formar parte del currículo escolar. Se busca analizar y recabar opiniones de docentes de Artes Plásticas y Dibujo en la ESO y Bachillerato, así como de profesionales de instituciones museísticas, sobre la metodología de integración del arte contemporáneo en la educación y su impacto en la formación del docente. El estado actual en este campo muestra un crecimiento significativo en el desarrollo de métodos educativos innovadores y la evaluación de su impacto en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. A nivel nacional e internacional, existen grupos de investigación dedicados a este tema, colaborando en proyectos e intercambiando buenas prácticas.

Interest in integrating contemporary art into Secondary and Baccalaureate Education has grown considerably, seeking to enrich the curriculum and foster critical and creative thinking skills. The current state of research in this field shows significant growth, with a focus on developing innovative educational methods and evaluating their impact on student learning. At a national and international level, there are research groups dedicated to this topic, collaborating on projects and exchanging good practices.
