This project aims to study the economic viability and develop a business plan for a restaurant in the province of Alicante, specifically in Benidorm, with aspirations to be considered a Michelin restaurant. This work will present the idea, motivation and objectives of the company, as well as different models that exist to analyze our haute cuisine restaurant: Canvas Model, Porter's Forces, PESTEL, SWOT, market and sector analysis, marketing plan, communication plan, operations plan, economic-financial plan, etc. Based on these models and schemes we will obtain the information we need for the start-up of the business, market opportunity and the study of its present and future viability. The first economic forecasts tell us that the creation of this project could be a good business opportunity, that is why through this business plan we will reaffirm the economic and financial viability of Marea S.L.
