La Corona en la Constitución de 1978

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo tiene como objeto de estudio la regulación constitucional de la figura de la Jefatura del Estado en la Constitución Española. Para ello, resulta clave la realización de un breve análisis de los antecedentes históricos y una investigación en profundidad de la regulación constitucional de nuestro Jefe de Estado en el Título II de La Corona. En esta investigación, pues, convendrá destacar las funciones que ostenta en nuestra política interior y exterior, la exposición de los conceptos de refrendo, la irresponsabilidad e inviolabilidad y la investigación de la sucesión de la Corona.

The following paper studies the constitutional regulation of the Head of State in the Spanish Constitution. It is necessary to undergo a brief analysis of the historical background, as well as an in depth research on the constituional regulation of our Head of State in Part II of The Crown. Thus, this work will highlight the different functions he holds regarding internal and foreign policies. Moreover, it will explore the concepts of countersignature, the irresponsability and inviolability, and, in addition, it will examine the succession to the Crown.
