Plantilla del Elche C.F en la temporada de su centenario (2022-2023)

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se trata de un desglose de la estructura del Elche CF en el año de su centenario, que corresponde con la temporada 2022/2023. En primer lugar, se hará un breve introductorio de las personas al mando de la gestión del Elche CF, Cristian Bragarnik y Joaquín Buitrago, con el objetivo de saber cuál ha sido el impacto social y económico en el club desde la llegada de ambos. Por otra parte, se realizará un análisis del cuerpo técnico, con mayor profundidad en el entrenador Francisco Rodríguez, en el que se repasarán los números del equipo desde su llegada en Noviembre de 2021 hasta la actualidad. Además se hará un análisis profundo de la primera plantilla. En un primer análisis se mostrará algunos de los aspectos básicos: nacionalidad, edad, calidad de contrato (cesión o compra), equipo anterior, etc. Por otra parte se realizará un análisis de los jugadores que ya estaban el año pasado en el equipo y han permanecido para jugar éste, y así investigar el nivel de incidencia y participación con respecto al equipo en la temporada 2021/2022. El análisis será diferente dependiendo de la posición del jugador. En el caso de los porteros y defensas se analizarán los partidos jugados, goles encajados, las llamadas clean sheets (portería a cero) y los goles individuales. Y en el caso de los centrocampistas y delanteros, el análisis se centrará en goles y asistencias individuales, aparte de los partidos jugados. Y por último, en relación a la plantilla del primer equipo, se desglosará las altas y bajas (también se incluye las cesiones) del club. Además se realizará el mismo análisis a los jugadores que han llegado esta temporada al club ilicitano en sus respectivos equipos del año pasado.

This Final Degree Project is about a breakdown of the structure of Elche C.F in the year of its centenary, which corresponds to the 2022/2023 season. In the first place, there will be a brief introduction to the people in charge of the management of Elche C.F, Cristian Bragarnik and Joaquín Buitrago, with the aim of knowing what the social and economic impact has been on the club since the arrival of both. On the other hand, an analysis of the coaching staff will be carried out, with greater depth in coach Francisco Rodríguez, in which the team's numbers will be reviewed from his arrival in November 2021 to the present. In addition, an in-depth analysis of the first team squad will be made. In a first analysis, some of the basic aspects will be shown: nationality, age, quality of contract (buys or loans), previous team, etc. On the other hand, an analysis will be carried out of the players who were already in the team last year and have remained to play this one, and then investigate the level of incidence and participation with respect to the team in the 2021/2022 season. The analysis will be different depending on the player's position. In the case of goalkeepers and defenders, the games played, goals conceded, clean sheets and individual goals will be analyzed. And in the case of midfielders and forwards, the analysis will focus on individual goals and assists, apart from games played. And lastly, in relation to the first team squad, the club's signings and departings (also including loans) will be broken down. In addition, the same analysis will be carried out on the players who have arrived this season at the Elche club in their respective teams last year.
