Introduction: Two questionnaires were designed to evaluate personal, family, social, cultural and environmental factors, predictors of relapse and recovery in people with alcohol consumption risky between 18 and 35 years old. Objectives: To design and validate two questionnaires that measure the personal, family, social, cultural and en- vironmental factors that predict relapse and promote recovery in young people with alcohol consumption risky. Methodology: The research is instrumental, the questionnaires were carried out based on the review of scientific literature on recovery and relapses in harmful alcohol consumption. Content validity was established with the mo- dified Angoff method, nine experts in clinical psychology, psychometry and in psychiatry participated; the evidence of convergent and construct validity was obtained with the Identification Test for Disorders Due to Alcohol Con- sumption and the exploratory and confirmatory Factor Analysis respectively. Results: Evidence of content, construct and convergent validity, internal consistency and the adjustment of the items to the Rasch model were established. Conclusions: The results indicate that the questionnaires are valid and reliable.
