La relación laboral internacional en tiempos de Covid 19. Una lectura desde el Derecho Internacional Privado

Abstract

El presente trabajo estudia, desde la perspectiva del Derecho Internacional Público español, las relaciones internacionales de trabajo, la competencia judicial internacional que es aplicable a cada uno de los casos y la ley aplicable que dirimirá en cada uno de los litigios que puedan surgir en el ámbito laboral internacional. Así, se darán matices acerca del teletrabajo, forma de trabajo que ha mostrado su incidencia a raíz de la pandemia del COVID-19 y que ha llegado al mundo laboral para no solo quedarse, sino también hacerse cada vez más fuerte.

This research studies, from the perspective of Spanish Private International Law, international labour relations, the international judicial competence that is applicable to each of the cases and the applicable law that will settle each of the disputes that may arise in the international labour sphere. Thus, nuances will be given about teleworking, a form of work that has increased its incidence as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and which has arrived to the world of work not only to stay, but also to become stronger and stronger.
