The science communication strategy in public universities is carried out through annual or multi-annual dissemination plans. In this paper, a Dissemination Plan is proposed for the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (UCC+I) of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche applicable to the 2022/2023 academic year. Once certain concepts such as corporate scientific communication have been defined and models of equitable design of dissemination activities have been reviewed, a coherent, inclusive and innovative planning of activities will be carried out. Likewise, other dissemination plans of Spanish public universities will be systematically studied and a SWOT analysis of the Scientific Culture Unit of the UMH will be carried out to obtain information on new conversion and exploitation strategies that could guide the work of the UCC+ I for years to come. When designing the Dissemination Plan, UCC+I proposals will be taken into account, as well as those coming from other university groups. These will have to address a diverse public, and specially acknowledge those collectives astray from scientific knowledge. The UMH's UCC+I is a rather new but successful unit and it is of special interest that its activity be organized to achieve the objectives of scientific communication typical of an institution that includes six research institutes and thirteen centers, in addition to various schools and faculties working on scientific production. For the design of the communication strategy, the adequacy and previous success of the long-term dissemination activities will be taken into account, as well as the degree of interest of the new proposals. The Dissemination Plan will be published in an interactive digital format on the ISSUU platform, in line with the transparent administrative management of the UMH.
