Estudio del maltrato infantil dentro de la familia en España (2006-2018)

Abstract

El presente trabajo está dirigido al conocimiento y profundización del maltrato infantil dentro de la familia en España y sus características durante el periodo que abarca del año 2006 hasta la actualidad. El objetivo principal es conocer cuál es la tipología de maltrato infantil intrafamiliar con más prevalencia. Para llegar a este punto, es necesario conocer en primer lugar el marco teórico, las definiciones y la legislación aplicable. Posteriormente se realiza un estudio de los datos oficiales existentes mediante los boletines de datos estadísticos de medidas de protección a la infancia. Una vez conocido cuál es el tipo de maltrato infantil en la familia que tiene mayor prevalencia, se realiza un segundo estudio de resoluciones judiciales durante el mismo periodo para conocer si estos casos llegan a instancias judiciales, con la finalidad de conocer más detalles sobre dicha tipología.

The present study is aimed to the knowledge and deepening of the child abuse in the family in Spain and its characteristics during the period from 2006 to the present. The main objective is to know which is the most prevalent typology of intra-family child abuse. Firstly, it is necessary to know the theoretical framework, definitions, and applicable legislation. Subsequently, a study of the existing official data has been carried out through the statistical data bulletins of child protection measures. Once we know what type of child abuse in the family is most prevalent, I make a second study of court decisions during the same period to find out if these cases reach the courts and the purpose of this part of the study is to find out more details about this typology.
