Revisión de las reformas laborales : un camino sin final

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se pretende realizar una revisión de las reformas laborales de más peso llevadas a cabo en nuestro país, desde la aprobación de la Ley 8/1980 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, en el año 1980, hasta la actualidad. Para ello se ha realizado un repaso a las siete reformas que se han considerado de mayor importancia, introduciendo también pequeños apuntes de las huelgas generales en las que han desembocado algunas de ellas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran un efecto dispar entre dichas reformas, dependiendo del contexto económico en el que se aplican cada una de ellas, las medidas por las que están compuestas o la aceptación social con la que son acogidas. Finalmente, los dos aspectos en los que más se ha enfatizado, en lo que a resultados obtenidos por las reformas se refiere, son el tipo de contratación que ha predominado en cada una de ellas, temporal o indefinida, así como el efecto que han producido sobra la tasa de paro existente en nuestro país en cada momento

In the present work one tries to realize a review of the labor reforms of more weight carried out in our country, from the approval of the Law 8/1980 of the Statute of the Workers, in the year 1980, up to the current importance. For it a revision has been realized to seven reforms that have been considered of major importance, introducing also small notes of the general strikes in which there have ended some of them. The obtained results show an unlike effect between the above mentioned reforms, depending on the economic context in which each of them, the measures are applied by those who are composed or the social acceptance with the one that they are received. Finally, both aspects in which more it has been emphasized, in what to results obtained by the reforms refers, are the type of contracting that has prevailed in each of them, temporary or indefinite, as well as the effect that they have produced surplus the rate of existing unemployment in our country in every moment.
