Currently, grooming (harassment that involves an adult who comes into contact with a child in order to trick him into engaging him in sexual activity) and sexting (publication or sending of images with erotic content) are very present in teenage life. These types of practices can cause physical and psychological problems, ranging from a decrease in self-esteem, to suicide attempts, in the most serious cases. There is evidence of the risk factors that grooming and sexting can carry out, but there are hardly any programs aimed at preventing them. This work consists of the design of an intervention proposal that focuses on working on the different risk factors involved; self-esteem, assertiveness, emotional, impulsiveness, identification of risk situations and low knowledge of the dangers existing in the network. The intervention consists of 10 sessions of 1.5 hours duration. It is applied in the school environment by specialists in the area. Through this intervention, the aim is to reduce the prevalence of grooming and sexting in secondary school youth between 12 and 16 years of age
