Purpose: Our research focuses directly on the effectiveness of talent attraction by organizations, through the employer brand. Specifically, in exploring whether the use of sustainable HR practices by companies makes potential candidates see these companies as good places to work. In addition, we will seek to determine according to our specific results that HR practices are most taken into account when choosing a company to work for.
Methodology: From a sample of 186 people of different generations, to separate results according to their generational age, gender, educational level and work experience; potential candidates for the labor market, and see to what extent the different HR practices are attractive to them and would lead them to consider that company as a potential employer.
Expected results: On the one hand, we will find out if these practices really make people perceive the companies that start them up as attractive places to work, differentiating the sample by generation according to their age range.
Limitations: This research only provides information from a sample of 186.
