Las referencias cinematográficas en La casa del árbol del terror de Los Simpsons

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo identificar y clasificar las referencias cinematográficas que aparecen en 5 capítulos de La casa del árbol del terror de Los Simpsons, y analizarlas según el método comparativo semiótico-textual de José María Paz Gago (2004) que se apoya en 3 herramientas: convergencia, divergencia e interferencia. De manera ingeniosa y creativa el programa animado ha simpsonizado gran cantidad de obras del séptimo arte, creando un nuevo mundo a partir de la fusión de su esencia y de la propia narrativa cinematográfica. Así pues, con dos de los ingredientes más apreciados, la originalidad y la capacidad de seguir reinventándose, han conseguido permanecer en antena más de 30 años, ganándose la simpatía del espectador

The present work aims to identify and classify the film references that appear in 5 chapters of The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror, and to analyze them according to José María Paz Gago's (2004) comparative semiotic-textual method, which relies on 3 tools: convergence, divergence and interference. In an ingenious and creative way the animated program has simpsonized a great amount of works of the seventh art, creating a new world from the fusion of its essence and the cinematographic narrative itself. Thus, with two of the most appreciated ingredients, originality and the ability to keep reinventing themselves, they have managed to stay on air for more than 30 years, gaining the sympathy of the viewer
