dc.description.abstractEn el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se lleva a cabo un estudio sobre la regulación de la marca en España, la cual se rige en nuestro país por la Ley 17/2001, de 7 de diciembre, de Marcas, modificada por el Real Decreto Ley 23/2018, de 21 de diciembre. Se introducirá la utilidad de los signos distintivos, enfocándose especialmente en la marca por su papel fundamental en el mercado competitivo de productos y servicios, distinguiendo así las clases de marca que se amoldan mejor para cada tipo de actividad empresarial. Es prioritario conocer el derecho y limites que infunda la titularidad de la marca, puesto que cualquier incumplimiento conllevará a la responsabilidad legal por parte del titular. Tras conocer el derecho que infunda la marca, se analizará el proceso de concesión de la marca conociendo los diferentes pasos y trámites a seguir para la constitución su legal y comprender qué otorga la marca a su titular. Finalmente, se analiza las posibilidades de cesión o utilidad por parte de terceros y las formas de finalizar el uso de una marcaes
dc.description.abstractAt the present End of Degree Project, a study of brand regulation in Spain is carried out which is governed in Spain by Law 17/2001, of December 7, of Brands, modified by Royal Decree Law 23/2018, of December 21. The usefulness of distinctive signs will be introduced with a special focus in the brand due to its fundamental role in the competitive market for products and servicies, distinguishing brand types that are best suited to each kind of business activity. It is important to know the duty and limites that brings the brand ownership, since any breach will incur legal liability for brand headline. Af ter the analysis to know the right that the brand infuse, it will be analyzed the concession process knowing the steps and procedures for the legal constitution and understanding that grants the brand to the brand headline. Finally, it will be analyzed the ways to be used by third parts and the ways to end with brandes
