Resumen :
El dolor crónico primario (DCP) es una condición que afecta negativamente la calidad de vida del 20% de personas en todo el mundo, ya que no está asociado a daño tisular plenamente, sino que implica desajustes en el sistema nervioso central.

Primary chronic pain (PCD) is a condition that negatively affects the quality of life of 20% of people around the world, since it is not fully associated with tissue damage, but rather involves imbalances in the central nervous system.
The usefulness of including Neuroscience of Pain Education (END) interventions in pathologies of these characteristics has recently been discovered. However, there is a lot of misinformation about the development of sessions of this type of treatment.
The objective of this review is to provide the physiotherapist with a set of rapidly accessible materials, scientific evidence and from prestigious entities, whether in the form of scales, web pages, books, etc. For this, an analysis of 22 randomized controlled studies from 4 databases was carried out, with an arithmetic mean of medium-high quality.
The evidence reviewed shows that sessions last between 30 and 60 min, between 1 and 2 sessions per week with regular breaks between sessions. It is recommended to include the topics in the END program of "central sensitization", "neuroplasticity" and "stress", in addition it is advisable to use the book "Explaining pain" by Butler, D. and Moseley, L.G. The NPRS, PDI, PCS, TKS, HADS and SF-36 scales are the most used for the assessment of people suffering from PCD. Therapeutic Exercise is the therapy that is most complemented with END.
For future studies, it would be convenient for the END programs to include greater detail of the materials and topics used in the sessions.
