Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a degenerative and chronic pathology, with great repercussions at the physical, psychological and social level of the person who suffers from it and their environment. Some symptoms, such as fatigue, can become incapacitating for the development of their Activities of Daily Living, reducing the quality of life. Therefore, the objective of this work was to carry out a literature review to verify the energy-conserving treatments used in subjects with MS. A systematic review was carried out in PubMed and Cinahl databases from articles published between 2011 to 2021. Finally, six studies were selected that met the inclusion criteria, which showed that the interventions currently performed for energy conservation in patients with MS are fundamentally education, advice, talks and dynamic activities. All interventions generally improve the quality of life of patients, although interventions with dynamic and group activities are the ones that provide the greatest benefit. However, more studies should be carried out considering depression and sleep quality, and include the important variable "occupational performance" to assess the ability of these patients to carry out their roles. The role of the occupational therapist is considered in almost all studies, intervening through education on energy conservation strategies in people with MS, and favoring in most of them the control of fatigue and the quality of life related health.
