Nowadays, companies have to adapt quickly to changes in the environment. For these adaptations, organizations require personnel willing to perform diverse tasks. However, on many occasions, companies do not carry out procedures that allow them access to the professionals that best adapt to their needs.
The aim of this work is to formulate an action plan to improve the Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for the company "Clave-Dénia, S.A.", which manages the commercial brand Ale-hop.
In order to carry out this proposal, the work has been divided into three parts: the first part reviews the theoretical framework of the processes of Recruitment and Selection of personnel. The second part analyses how Recruitment and Selection are currently carried

out. And the third part proposes the improvement plan, describing the objectives and actions for improvement.
This work proposes the search and comparison of techniques and methods of success that could contribute to the improvement of the company. Actions have been proposed, which, when carried out, will generate an important change and improvements in the time invested, as well as in the errors of recruitment
