Abstract

En el presente trabajo estudiaremos el contrato de agencia comercial internacional, contrato que ha cobrado gran importancia en el ámbito internacional pues se presenta como un instrumento perfecto para los empresarios para exportar sus productos o servicios tanto a países de la UE como a terceros Estados a través de la figura del agente comercial. No obstante se presentan ciertas dificultades a la hora de establecer tanto la competencia judicial internacional como la ley aplicable, las cuales afrontaremos en el presente trabajo acudiendo a las diversas, leyes, directivas y reglamentos que tratan el presente tema

In this project, we will study the international agency agreement, a contract that has gained great importance in the international field as it is presented as a perfect instrument for companies to export their products or services to both EU countries and third States through the figure of the commercial agent. However, there are certain difficulties when establishing both international jurisdiction and applicable law, which we will face in these lines by going to the various laws, directives, and regulations that address this subject
