The present work is based mainly on knowing the most important points of
the Collective Negotiation and how it develops. For this, I wanted to focus on
making a comparison of two Collective Agreements, in this case, Hostelry, in order
to explain how they develop and how they differ especially between their
Provinces, giving place to some advantages or disadvantages that we will see
continuation. However, after conducting the study on Collective Bargaining, I
focused on the main features of the Salary Pick-up, since it has been a very
important introduction after the 2012 labour reform, and in which, during the
work, I will focus on Explain its causes and the process that must be followed to
make a Salary Pick-up.
