Ventajas y desventajas del convenio colectivo y el descuelgue salarial

Abstract

El presente trabajo se basa, principalmente, en conocer los puntos más importantes de la Negociación Colectiva y como se desarrolla. Para ello, me he querido centrar en realizar una comparativa de dos Convenios Colectivos, en este caso, de Hostelería, para poder explicar cómo se desarrollan y en qué se diferencian especialmente entre sus Provincias, dando así lugar a unas ventajas o desventajas que veremos a continuación. No obstante, después de realizar el estudio sobre la Negociación Colectiva, me centré en las principales características del Descuelgue Salarial, ya que ha sido una introducción muy importante tras la reforma laboral de 2012, y en el cual, durante el trabajo, me centraré en explicar sus causas y el procedimiento que se debe seguirse para realizar un descuelgue salarial

The present work is based mainly on knowing the most important points of the Collective Negotiation and how it develops. For this, I wanted to focus on making a comparison of two Collective Agreements, in this case, Hostelry, in order to explain how they develop and how they differ especially between their Provinces, giving place to some advantages or disadvantages that we will see continuation. However, after conducting the study on Collective Bargaining, I focused on the main features of the Salary Pick-up, since it has been a very important introduction after the 2012 labour reform, and in which, during the work, I will focus on Explain its causes and the process that must be followed to make a Salary Pick-up.
