Introduction: Neck pain (cervicalgia) is one of the most common health problems in the population. It usually causes pain and stiffness, and is often accompanied by limitations in daily life, leading to difficulties with activity and work. Its origin can stem from many factors, ranging from poor habits to traumatic injuries such as whiplash. In recent years, thanks to technological advances, it has become possible to develop a type of remote rehabilitation to perform exercises remotely. In this paper, we will analyze the current evidence to determine if these tools are an effective and valid solution in clinical practice. Objective: To analyze the available scientific evidence on the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions using telerehabilitation in patients with cervicalgia. Materials and methods: A literature review was conducted of the available scientific literature on the application of telerehabilitation in patients with cervicalgia or neck pain. The search was carried out in the PubMed, PEDro, and Cochrane Library databases, using a combination of keywords related to the topic and following inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: A total of 10 studies were included in the study, all of which were clinical trials that had previously obtained a score of 6 or higher on the PEDro validation scale. The results show that telerehabilitation is equivalent to conventional in-office rehabilitation and that it presents improvements in certain parameters, such as treatment adherence, in most studies, although further evidence is needed. Conclusion: Despite the lack of information and results, it appears that telerehabilitation is a very useful tool to use in certain cases where it is needed and that it has favorable results in cases of cervicalgia lasting more than 6 weeks.es_ES
