Gestión de la prevención de riesgos laborales de los agentes intervinientes en las obras de construcción

Abstract

La gestión de la prevención de riesgos laborales en la construcción en España, crucial dada la inherente peligrosidad del sector, se enfoca en la identificación de causas y la aplicación de medidas correctivas. El marco normativo, delineado por la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, establece las bases legales para estas prácticas. El propósito de este trabajo radica en profundizar en la gestión, intentando establecer las relaciones que se establecen entre los diferentes agentes, de forma que se delimiten sus funciones y responsabilidades en las obras de construcción desde su inicio hasta la conclusión de la misma, centrándose específicamente en sus labores relativas a la seguridad y salud. En la elaboración de este Trabajo Fin de Master se considerarán las obligaciones establecidas por la normativa vigente en esta área, con el objetivo de recopilar y clarificar las responsabilidades asignadas legalmente a cada uno de los agentes. Es importante destacar que se empleará exclusivamente la legislación actual y vigente al momento de la realización de este trabajo.

The management of occupational risk prevention in construction in Spain, which is crucial given the inherent hazardous nature of the sector, focuses on the identification of causes and the application of corrective measures. The regulatory framework, outlined by the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, establishes the legal basis for these practices. The purpose of this work lies in going deeper into management, trying to establish the relationships established between the different agents, so as to delimit their roles and responsibilities in the construction works from its beginning to its conclusion, focusing specifically on their tasks related to health and safety. In the elaboration of this Master's Thesis, the obligations established by the current regulations in this area will be considered, with the aim of compiling and clarifying the responsibilities legally assigned to each of the agents. It is important to emphasize that only the current legislation in force at the time of this work will be used.
