Evaluar la seguridad y la salud de los trabajadores implica analizar los factores psicosociales que afectan al bienestar físico, mental y social. Hace más de 20 años la Ley de Prevención de riesgos laborales estableció en nuestro país un marco legal para garantizar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores incluyendo factores psicosociales como el síndrome de burnoutes_ES

Evaluating the safety and health of workers involves analyzing the psychosocial factors that affect physical, mental, and social well-being. More than 20 years ago, the Occupational Risk Prevention Law established a legal framework in our country to guarantee the safety and health of workers, including psychosocial factors such as the burnout syndrome.es_ES
