Estrategias efectivas y enfoques específicos para llegar a los trabajadores menores de 25 años en el ámbito laboral

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar las distintas estrategias y enfoques de la prevención de riesgos laborales en trabajadores menores de 25 años, para poder determinar qué estrategias y enfoques son los más efectivos y adecuados para estos trabajadores. Para lograr este objetivo, se analiza la bibliografía disponible, se realizan encuestas a trabajadores y profesores de formación profesional, se intenta en lo posible dar datos fiables que puedan apoyar o desmentir ciertas ideas o teorías preestablecidas. Un aspecto sorprendente del tema es que, aunque en general se acepta que los trabajadores jóvenes sufren más accidentes, aún no se comprende completamente por qué ni cómo abordar esta situación. Finalmente se intentan establecer qué estrategias y enfoques son en los que hay que incidir para reducir la siniestralidad en los trabajadores menores de 25 años y se dan unas recomendaciones en la formación en PRL.

This work aims to analyse the different strategies and approaches to occupational safety and health for workers under 25 years old, in order to determine which strategies and approaches are the most effective and suitable for these workers. To achieve this goal, available literature is analysed, surveys are conducted with workers and vocational training teachers, and efforts are made to provide reliable data that can support or refute certain predetermined ideas or theories. What is surprising about the topic is that, although there is a general consensus that young workers undergo more accidents than others, it is not completely understood why and how to tackle this situation. Finally, the strategies and approaches that need to be addressed to reduce the accident rate in workers under 25 are identified, and recommendations are provided for OSH training.
