Inserción laboral de víctimas de violencia de género

Abstract

El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG), es estudiar y analizar todas las medidas y recursos que existen, para la inserción laboral de mujeres víctimas de violencia de género. Asimismo, se desarrolla el significado de violencia de género, las posibles medidas para que las victimas puedan acabar con las consecuencias físicas y psicológicas y de cómo perjudica esta situación a las víctimas a la hora de volver a la sociedad y a su vez al entorno laboral. De igual forma, se analizan las distintas iniciativas y compromisos para lograr una sociedad libre de violencia en contra de la mujer y para poder conseguir una adecuada integración tanto social como laboral. También, se remarca la existencia de recursos como el Manual para facilitar la inserción laboral de mujeres víctimas de violencia de género. Por otro lado, se estudian los distintos manuales y herramientas para hacer más fácil el regreso al trabajo. A continuación, se estudian las actuaciones de intervención laboral por parte de una serie de entidades. Además, se examinan más recursos disponibles para facilitar la inserción laboral. Y se menciona la importancia de acceso a refugios, líneas de atención telefónica, asesoramiento continuo y apoyo legal para facilitar la recuperación de las mujeres afectadas. Por otra parte, se analizan las secuelas físicas y psicológicas de la violencia de género en los niños y sus determinadas herramientas para lidiar con dichas secuelas. Asimismo, se resalta la necesidad de colaboración entre empresas, instituciones y organizaciones especializadas para facilitar la integración laboral de estas mujeres, promoviendo un entorno laboral inclusivo y seguro. De igual modo se menciona los costes económicos de la violencia de género y las consecuencias en la sociedad. Y, por último, concluimos el TFG con un apartado de conclusiones.

The objective of this Final Degree Project (TFG) is to study and analyse all the measures and resources that exist for the employment of women who are victims of gender violence. It also develops the meaning of gender violence, the possible measures so that the victims can put an end to the physical and psychological consequences and how this situation harms the victims when returning to society and in turn to the workplace. It also analyses the different initiatives and commitments to achieve a society free of violence against women and to be able to achieve an adequate social and labour integration. It also highlights the existence of resources such as the Manual to facilitate the integration of women victims of gender-based violence into the labour market. On the other hand, the different manuals and tools to make it easier for women to return to work are studied. Next, the work intervention actions of a number of entities are studied. In addition, more resources available to facilitate labour market integration are discussed. And it mentions the importance of access to shelters, hotlines, ongoing counselling and legal support to facilitate the recovery of affected women. In addition, the physical and psychological effects of gender-based violence on children and their specific tools for coping with these effects are discussed. It also highlights the need for collaboration between companies, institutions and specialised organisations to facilitate the labour integration of these women, promoting an inclusive and safe working environment. The economic costs of gender-based violence and the consequences for society are also mentioned. Finally, the dissertation concludes with a section on conclusions.
