El trabajo autónomo en España, regulación, reformas, afiliación y cotización a lo largo del siglo XXI

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre el trabajo autónomo en España a lo largo del siglo XXI, el cual ha sufrido diversos cambios desde la primera ley que se promulgó, pasando por las numerosas reformas y, finalmente, llegan- do a la situación actual. Además, se han realizado investigaciones sobre las numerosas partes del trabajo autónomo como son, la regulación, las reformas que se han efectuado, la afiliación y la cotización de los trabajadores autóno- mos. La primera ley del trabajo autónomo en España, publicada en el BOE núm. 166 el 12 de julio de 2007, marcó un hito significativo en cuanto al tra- bajo autónomo, y a partir de ahí, se han ido asentando las reformas posterio- res y moldeando la regulación de este sector. Asimismo, se ha investigado la evolución histórica del trabajo autónomo en España y su regulación. Por últi- mo, este trabajo va dirigido a todas las reformas efectuadas desde entonces. Sin embargo, va dirigido a la gran reforma que se ha efectuado este pasado 2023, la cual ha sido una de las más influyentes para este grupo de cotización específico.

This thesis deals with self-employment in Spain in the 21st century, which has undergone various changes from the first law that was passed, through nume- rous reforms, and finally, to the current situation. In addition, this research has been carried out on the different aspects of self-employment, such as the re- gulation, the reforms that have taken place, the affiliation, and the contribu- tions of the self-employed. The first law on self-employment in Spain, publis- hed in BOE no. 166 of 12 July 2007, was an important milestone for self-em- ployment, and from that point on, subsequent reforms have shaped the regu- lation of this sector. The historical evolution of self-employment in Spain and its regulation has also been examined. Finally, this paper deals with all the re- forms that have been carried out since then. However, it focuses on the major reform that took place in 2023, which was one of the most influential for this particular group of contributors.
