In the 21st century, gender equality is presented in society as an objective that is increasingly necessary to influence. For this reason, the crucial role of educational institutions in overcoming sexism and promoting gender equality is highlighted. In such a way that it is necessary to address coeducation as a fundamental tool to face these difficulties from a perspective of generational change. This must contemplate equality between genders, but considering the sexual and gender diversity that exists today in the centers. This seeks to correct sexist roles, expectations, and stereotypes, which currently still need to be achieved. At the same time, another of the purposes of this project is to present a different methodology, educational gamification, and show one of the various ways in which it can be implemented in the classroom, using a Scape Room. This approach will serve as a guide and example for teachers seeking alternative teaching methods and innovation in the classroom, in order to foster student motivation and interest; at the same time as seeking the development and promotion of education in the principles of equality, respect and freedom. Therefore, this work proposes the implementation of a Scape Room in the Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory training cycle, specifically in the Hematological Analysis Techniques module.
