This research work consists of a literature review of works related to Virtual Reality (VR) and Secondary Education to contextualize its use, and then make a practical proposal that can be implemented in the classroom for the subject of computer science. The literature review was carried out in the Google Scholar database, selecting 40 articles related to the objectives of this work. In order to contextualize the use of VR, aspects such as: trend of related publications, subjects and platforms most used in an educational context have been analyzed. In addition, the motivational effect of VR on students has been investigated, concluding that it is a technology that favors them positively. As for the practical proposal, the use of the CoSpaces platform is proposed and an itinerary is designed where students will learn to design or load 3D models and then visualize them in VR glasses. This activity is accompanied by useful material for teachers, describing which part of the curriculum it is related to or a set of rubrics to evaluate it. In conclusion, the literature review has shown how VR stands out among emerging technologies as a useful, motivating and applicable tool for various subjects. Its potential is enormous, and this work opens different avenues for future work such as: the development of new activities or the real application of the experience proposed here in a secondary school classroom, evaluating the effects of the use of this technology on students.
